As a vegetarian, one of the things I’ve missed the most about meat is the crispy coating from KFC. I recently tried their vegan burger and was quite excited about it. While it was slightly dry, I have to say that even regular meat burgers can be lacking in moisture. I also wish there had been a bit more lettuce, but overall, I truly appreciate the effort put into the vegan burger. It may sound strange for a vegetarian to crave KFC, but I’m thrilled that they now offer meat-free options. I would highly recommend it!
