It's OK, not greasy like the stirling one and definitely no rats in the carpark like stirling. It's a shame the carpark is so empty it makes the joint look abandoned but at least your never waiting in a queue. Food is nice especially burgers but very salty. Typical alloa slack jaw pronunciation in the drive through with lack of enthusiasm of expression from the faceless headphone wearers, fast window service in their rush to get talking to their workmates again as it not a populated restaurant like mcds overcrowded mayhem across the road. If you were to dine in you'll have the choice of the seating area as well as the one on one food prep experience unlike the other place that chucks the foo...
The food here is of high quality, and the service is fast. However, a significant drawback of this KFC is its lack of cleanliness. The floors are littered with crumbs and remnants from previous customers, and the tables are often stained with leftover sauces and trash. The men's restroom is particularly unpleasant; it was so dirty that I found myself wishing for the return of COVID just to have a mask to wear while entering.
I ordered food at the drive-thru and double-checked that all the boxes were in the bag before leaving. However, when I got home and opened them, I discovered that three items were missing from two of the boxes. So now I've learned to check not just the boxes, but also the contents. I would understand if this happened during a busy time, but the place was empty.
I had a fantastic experience ordering for a party of nine, each with different food preferences. They got the order completely right, with just one minor issue regarding a large dish. This is not your typical fast food experience. The service was quite slow— it took about 5 minutes for the staff to even acknowledge my presence, another 5 minutes to take my order, and then an additional 10 minutes to receive my meal. However, the chicken was delicious!
The restaurant has some challenges with parking, but it has great potential for the drive-thru experience. They could benefit from some creative touches in their design. Overall, it's a good place; we primarily use it for the drive-thru.
Scam restaurant, happy to take your order but they don't deliver. Didn't answer the phone. Literally scammed me 30 quid, avoid this kfc. You'd be better off ordering from stirling... useless...
