Kfc - Tisch reservieren

i waited 30mins in front of a black lady at kfc to be cashed. Don't get it wrong, am also black. she was doing nothing most of the time, but said i should wait till my number shows on the screen and she calls the person behind me to cash in. after that she left for me to stand there for 30 mins to be cash in. i will say it is good employing people that can manage their time well.

The KFC app doesn't work in the machine. Then we tried to talk to the staff but they were more interested in watching videos in their phone and giggling with each other than helping us. The chicken was recooked like cook 2 times. Probably cook In the morning and recooked again to sell to us. And rest restroom is very dirty and smell so bad. I will not go there anymore.

service incomplete.. no sauces, no napkins .. and i wonder why they put the beverage machine as self service .. people thinks its unlimited drink but its only one time to take. they pass their job to clients in fact. they do lesser job and yet incomplete set for meals. like sauces napkins. not so efficient. .

The food is great if you get it in the counters . But the Drive service is horrible.. 8/10 times you get a wrong or messed up order. No sauces.. Wrong drink.. No fries. And you only find out about it miles away. Such a shame. Now I always verify my drive order before moving away

Great food. The drive thru service is exceptional. I am always greeted with a smile. I never encountered any problems. The team during the day is very polite and curtious.
