I am really disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit. I ordered the original number six meal from Kentucky Fried Chicken, but was served reheated chicken from the previous day. I expected fresh chicken, not something old and tough. The meat was chewy and had a bitter taste. I sincerely hope the management addresses this issue to enhance their service and prevent other customers from having a similarly poor experience. Serving food that isn’t fresh is unacceptable, as it can pose health risks for customers. It’s crucial to provide chicken that is made the same day, and offering day-old food is misleading and reflects poorly on their business ethics.
I ordered from this restaurant, and they completely messed up my entire order! My famous bowl looked like it had been sitting out all day and had some red liquid overflowing from it. When I tried to call them, all I got was a busy signal, like the phone was off the hook! I was supposed to get a 2-piece thigh and wing, along with a 3-piece tender, but that didn’t happen. I really don't understand how they’re allowed to run their business like this. It's getting ridiculous for restaurants these days. I spent $25 for this mess, and I might end up feeling sick tomorrow! Absolutely HORRIBLE!
I got a crunch wrap here today and there wasn't anything crunchy about it. I might as well have gotten a Burrito and mashed it flat. There was a 3 inch whole in the top of it and it was so soggy I had to put it on a plate and eat it with a fork. I ended up just forking out the insides which was way too salty, and discarding the soggy bread. I always looked forward to eating a Crunch Wrap as it was crunchy, I could hold it by hand, and it was quite tasty. There is always something wrong with any meal I get at this location, KFC or Taco, so sad to say, I'm done.

This KFC experience was terrible. I waited 50 minutes in the drive-thru just to place my order. When I finally got my food, it was cold and unpleasant, and inside the packaging, I found mold. They seem to give out free food to some people, there were rats running around, and the bathroom smelled awful, like something had died in there.
The food was hot and fresh, but the service left much to be desired. I waited in line for 10 minutes, and it took another 15 minutes to get my order. I will certainly opt for a different KFC next time. Your establishment should reconsider its staffing and implement some changes immediately.
The drive-thru line was quite long, and I almost left, but my kids convinced me to stay. There were 14 cars ahead of me, yet it only took about 25 minutes to get through. AMAZING SERVICE. The employee at the window was very friendly and even engaged in some small talk!
The service was outstanding—friendly and well-organized. However, it was a bit slower than anticipated, almost as if they were anticipating a surprise visit from their new cousin, the Prince of Nigeria. Nevertheless, the overall atmosphere was lovely.
