While gloves are typically required, proper handwashing is essential, particularly after handling money or raw meats.
I believe no one should be fired over this incident; instead, it should serve as a learning opportunity. Everyone makes mistakes, but as long as they learn from them, that's what matters.
Absolutely terrible! I have never had chicken from KFC or anywhere that looked this bad. It was burnt, bitter tasting, very greasy in what seemed to be very old used oil that left brown residue on my plate. It wasn't even crispy and the meat seemed to be missing or just odd looking chunks. I hope we don't get sick from this : . Don't think we'll go to this branch ever, very dissatisfied and disappointed.
There was 1 car in front of me, we waited 10 mins for mashed potato bowls and still messed it up. After leaving I ended up running into the car in front of me at another business- they said they had been waiting over 20 mins. There wasn't anyone else in the store or parking lot at the time of the orders.
The side orders were incorrect, even after the delivery person called to confirm. I requested corn and mac and cheese, but since they were out of corn, I agreed to have fries instead. Despite this, I ended up receiving both fries and mashed potatoes with gravy.

I entered the restaurant to buy my food and then left, but I noticed that everything was clean. They adhered to cleanliness policies, the staff were friendly, and it seemed like they all worked well together. The food handling practices were also hygienic.
I held on phone for 28 minutes for them to take my order. Worst service in any restaurant I have ever seen. Rude people. Never came to phone. Husband finally rode up there and placed order.
Mario, the manager, is an amazing guy. In today's world, customer service can often be lacking, but Mario proved that there are still genuinely good people out there. Thank you, Mario!
The restaurant frequently runs out of items, and the service is disappointing.
