Usually satisfied with KFC, but I just got disappointed... I took a menu for 2 people, everything went well, until the time to taste the PETITS chicken pieces. In fact, we usually have good chicken bites, on the other hand, every piece of chicken was cut into thin straps... And I'm not laughing, LAMELLE FINES... So, at the price of eating chicken slices, I find it abused... It's too bad.
Order made via Ubeteats, on arrival there are two fries, towels, hot Wings ( tenders instead)... I tried to call them without success. Ubeteats reimbursed me half of the order so no worries on this side. Disorganized restaurant. Next time I'll go somewhere else for sure. Managers don't seem to react seriously to customer comments.
