I just went through the drive-through and received a pot pie in less than 30 seconds, that was great, But I can say I have never had the misfortune of eating a pot pie as crunchy and OLD as this one is. I called the KFC At least 30 times before someone answered and and responded that they could not hear me my phone is breaking up. I called back at least 30 more times to not even get an answer at all so obviouslythat was on purpose to get me off the phone. Me and my family went through the drive thru, first they were rude at the intercom, then get to the window paid waited for our food like 5 mins which we could have sat right there. Then when we got our food we was missing an item, went back to the drive thru and she got mad because we was missing that we paid for and was rude about giving our item. She was rude and had a nasty attitude and that’s what makes ppl not wanna come back to order nothing from the store again. I KNOW IM NOT EVER GOING BACK AGAIN. I’m giving these restaurants one time to just get it right after that I’m not going back anymore. I’m so done with the rudeness it just makes no sense. It took for me to work at a fast food...
On a whim and to escape rush hour traffic, I decided to order the Smashpotatoes. While they were a bit salty, they were cooked well and served quickly, and we really enjoyed them. The staff was friendly; the cashier was particularly cheerful when she upsold me on the $1 coupon book, jokingly offering me a deal of $5 for 5 coupon books! She also took the time to patiently and honestly answer my son's two curious questions about wait times. It had been about five years since I'd been to a KFC, so this was a pleasant return.
All I wanted for my birthday today was the KFC brownie. Ordered 40 worth of food and my wife went to pick it up. She came home and they left off the 7 brownie and a half dozen sauces that they also charge .20/ea for. Very disappointed. My wife also mentioned the lady she interacted with was pretty unfriendly, so there's that as well.

Don?t bother coming here after 9 because they never have any food. Got there 30 minutes before close and they only had 3 pcs of chicken left. Very sad staff. This has happened multiple times. They only worried about getting off the clock on time it seems and not the customers.
This is easily the worst location I’ve ever visited. They constantly seem unprepared and often ask customers to wait for food to be made. Meanwhile, it’s not uncommon to spot an employee tucked away in a corner, eating. Overall, this place is disappointing.
I hadn't been to KFC in awhile but this night I de ides that would be my dinner fir the evening. I ordered two Big Box-es. It was fresh and delicious and the service was outstanding.
The prices are excessively high, and the quality is disappointingly poor. I had a very unsatisfactory experience.
