I placed an online order, but when I arrived at the drive-thru, an employee seemed completely unaware of the mobile order I had already paid for. He mentioned that I needed to come inside to pick it up, but the doors were locked. It's surprising that the staff didn't know the dining room was closed. As for the food, it was decent. We did receive extra chicken, although it seems the employee had a bit of trouble with counting. We ordered the original recipe, but it wasn't as flavorful as I remember it being in the past.
Fantastic experience today! The staff was friendly, speedy, and got our order right. A definite plus on a hot day! The food was fresh, and the drinks were nice and cold—no complaints at all. You're doing an excellent job with your daytime service, KFC Canton. Keep up the great work!
I stopped by to grab some food, and the drive-thru experience was excellent. The staff member who assisted me, I believe her name was Tiara, was incredibly helpful. I can be a bit hard of hearing, but she made sure I got everything I needed. Thank you for all your assistance!
He waited about five minutes at the counter with no service and no confirmation. However, at the KFC on Cleveland Avenue, he received quick service and had a good meal.

I love KFC. I usually get the 3 piece box. Dark meat, original. Fills me up and their drive thru is pretty quick.
