I have to say, it's surprising how inefficient this place is. I've ordered from here four times, and each time they mess up my order. Once again, they sent the wrong soda—never the regular Pepsi I asked for, but diet, cherry, or Mountain Dew instead. They also sometimes forget the side dishes but still charge you for them. It's frustrating because the food is actually quite good. Come on, get it together. It's 4 PM on a Sunday; I seriously doubt they were overwhelmed.
I'm at a loss for words. I've had food delivered twice from this restaurant via Uber Eats over the past couple of weeks, and both times I received the wrong order. Today, I ordered three combo meals, but only got two of them, and neither came with drinks or sides. It's just absurd. Don't they realize what's happening? I'm honestly just disappointed. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I ordered a family dinner and specifically requested no thighs. I asked for at least one extra breast, but the manager told me she could only provide a hand and a wing instead. That was really confusing, but I took my food and left. It seemed like such a straightforward order, and I didn’t want them to mess it up. I chose KFC because my mother preferred it, and it was nearby.

Every time I place my order, they give me the wrong cuts of chicken. It seems like they don’t have a good understanding of their menu, which is surprising for a chicken restaurant.
