I've ordered from this restaurant twice, and both times my order was incorrect. I typically get the Beyond Meat combo, which includes nuggets, a side, and a drink. The first time, I was missing the side, which I let slide. However, this time everything was wrong. I received no drink, the nuggets were regular chicken instead of the Beyond version, and the side was incorrect as well. When I called the restaurant for assistance, I was directed to contact DoorDash instead, as they wouldn't help me resolve the issue. At this point, it's becoming too much of a hassle to continue ordering from here.
The drumsticks have become as small as chicken wing drumettes. There's consistently a wait for food during dinner time. On a positive note, the restaurant is clean and has been nicely updated. Unfortunately, the trash cans are often overflowing. The cashiers appear to be in constant training, which slows down the service, and they often need help from a manager. Additionally, it's quite disappointing to notice that many kids today struggle with making change.
You'll never find popcorn chicken like this anywhere else. The selection of dipping sauces is fantastic. The service was quick and friendly. The chicken was cooked to perfection and incredibly delicious. I will definitely be coming back!
I believe that training helps people become kinder and friendlier. Those who don't smile or greet customers with "good morning" or "good afternoon" shouldn't be working in customer service. Their behavior can be quite unfriendly.

This KFC location is one of the best still in operation. The chicken is always outstanding, and the service is excellent.
They consistently showcase their talent for delivering delicious food and have an excellent team.
The Beyond 6-piece nuggets were somewhat too salty, but everything else was satisfactory.
I absolutely love KFC! I even told my wife that we might go there again for Father’s Day!

i didnt order a diet pepsi and there were no forks, spoons or straws with my order.
The food is top-notch, the service is fast, and the ambiance is enjoyable.
