Showed up exactly at 8pm, door says dining room closes at 9 pm. Someone comes up and locks the door before I get a chance to get out of my vehicle to pick up a mobile order. I go through drive thru, and was told to pull forward after telling them I had a mobile order. Someone hands me food and a drink, doesn’t ask my name or anything. No customer service skills at all! I parked my car and looked to make sure I had all my food, all I got was a nasty look from an employee out the window.
I ordered a chicken meal, but they forgot to include our biscuits and didn't inform us that they were out of them. The chicken also wasn't very fresh. I definitely won't be returning.

They were out of food items again. The food we settled with was good and the employees were efficient.
The food was fresh and hot. The server was so nice, and the dining room was very clean.
The staff were friendly, but unfortunately, the food was very disappointing.
