I have an update on my recent experience: I went through the drive-thru and was informed that there would be a 20-minute wait for chicken, which I accepted. I parked and waited, but after half an hour, I called to check on my order. They said they were just finishing it up. After another 5 minutes with no progress, I noticed they were serving car after car in the drive-thru while I sat there waiting.
Eventually, I decided to go inside after 40 minutes of waiting. When I approached the counter, I was told to wait another 2 minutes because my fries weren’t ready! I had already waited 40 minutes for what was supposed to be a 20-minute wait for chicken. To top it off, I watched as they started...
I stopped here because they were the only fast food restaurant I found with the dining room on Elm Rd. I was curious about the new chicken sandwich. It's good. It's not as good as chic-fil-a, but good. On this note I felt that the restaurant seemed a little dirty. I'm not sure how your staff is right now, but it needed a good mop and scrub down.
I was there at 9:30 PM, and I understand that you only had four tenders and nuggets left until 10:30 PM, but why stay open? I was there last week as well, and despite having seven people in the restaurant, it was a mess and you were out of most items by 7 PM.
I went through the drive-thru to pick up my food, and the lady who assisted me was fantastic. She double-checked the bags to ensure I had everything I ordered. I was very pleased with their service. Food: 5/5.

Went through the drive through. Asked a couple of question the order taker was nit courteous or friendly. Ordered Cole slaw only because my questions about chicken went unanswered. Staff not well trained
The employees are very nice. We got absolutely everything we ordered, they did good with the order, just seems like the food all sucks now!! Nothing tastes as good as it used to.
Fast friendly service. The crispy chicken benches are so good. Crunchy on the outside tender inside as they should be. Her Mac n also loves cheese and Koleslaw.
as a former employee of an almost food joint when they close early, they must shut off their door Dash system before they decide to close.

eating was good, sideways are a little expensive, was better if they could add a side to a meal for just $1.
