I went to place an order and was told there would be a 15-minute wait because they didn't have any chicken ready. I paid and was asked to pull forward. After waiting more than 20 minutes without receiving my food, I went inside and found that my order was actually ready. It appeared that no one was delivering orders or that they didn’t have any chicken available.
I placed a mobile order and, when I arrived to collect it, I was told I had to wait another 16 minutes despite already waiting more than 30 minutes. It was a really bad experience. The customer service was poor, and the prices were too high, making it completely not worth it!
The new kiosk is decent, but it doesn’t print receipts. The staff doesn’t always prepare orders according to what is placed through the kiosk. When I had to ask for my order to be corrected, the staff was rude and seemed to take their time.
Honestly out of all the restaurants I’ve worked at I can say with out a shred of doubt this is the cleanest, freshest and best chicken/restaurant you can find. Serves is incredible and they’re always detail cleaning the kitchen. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The cashier was pleasant, but the manager in the back had a bad attitude towards us. The chicken was greasy and small. Not worth the bad food topped with bad service. Shameful. This is the last time we visit KFC in Pembroke.
My order was missing food and the food that arrived was cold. They had prepared too much food for the few customers they were serving. However, the service was good.
It's currently very popular, and as long as it keeps drawing in customers, I imagine they will continue to enjoy their meals here.
