This is probably the worst restaurant I saw in my 35-year-old life. They will never answer the phone because they know that every call is about another error they caused. The food was terrible, burned chicken, black dyed meat, too much cheese and not enough Mac, like cheese pudding. Staff are rude and insult to your face. Missing items completely and refuses to ever try to make changes. The place is dirty around the clock, someone has to go there and teach this place a lesson in service, because this is the worst restaurant I have ever seen. I hope the owner of this franchise goes bankrupt because she deserves it honestly.
Order food in the store and there was no single customer in the restaurant. Wait for 15 minutes, but our food wasn't ready! Went and remember the girl in the checkout about our food. She said it was done. 15 minutes, but our food was not ready yet!! Several people came and took their food! Went amd asked the person who took our order to repay us our money as we waited for food for over 25 minutes. The cashier was on his personal phone conversation with someone all the time while he tried to repay our money!!!! Worst service ever!!!! Never back in this restaurant!!!!
If I could give zero stars, I would. They are ALWAYS out of stuff. Tonight they were out of extra crispy and green beans but didn't tell us until we waited 15 minutes to get to the window. Crappy management of a business. Surprised they haven't closed down. Don't bother wasting your time or money here.
It was okay for a drive. They seemed somewhat overwhelmed, so I understood. It came fresh and hot. Only what they gave them a 3 star is because they did our job wrong to give us a regular pepsi instead of the pepsi we ordered. When we are diabetics, it was pretty bad mistakes, but to forgive.
