Leadership needs to be present. The cashier was lethargic, I think she had an airpod in, barely spoke loud enough and moved at a snail's pace. I have been sitting here for too long. People walking out, waiting customers getting upset and canceling orders.This is not the KFC standard. If you don't want to do your job do t go to WORK! I placed my order at 10:22 I didn't receive myfood until 10:49. The cashier walked off.
The food is good, but I wish they would serve my grilled chicken fresh. The last time I ordered, I specifically asked for 12 grilled legs, and the staff reassured me they had just arrived. However, when I got home, I discovered there were only 3 legs. If a customer makes a specific request, it would be nice to at least get half of what was asked for.
I've come to the conclusion of knowing I won't be truly satisfied at KFC anymore. Grew up on the chicken, but the quality/taste had changed. I've tried to still come on/off with hopes it will be great again... but no. Best thing is the coleslaw. Customerservice is okay to good depends on whose at the window.
I haven 't been to a Kentucky Fried Chicken store in years. I got a taste for some Finger Licking Good Golden KFC chicken, but man was I DISAPPOINTED. Went for Dinner about 8pm. ALL My Food was hot and fresh down to the biscuits and on top of that the manager and staff was friendly. Didn't have to ask for a thing as far as condiments and utensils it was already in the bag.
Customer service was great, the Mac and cheese bowl was ok if you like popcorn chicken...I brought strips with mines and glad I did. Macaroni and cheese was on point loved it.
