customer service worst I have ever received! when I asked no wings, I was informed by a hired rudely 'we will do our best ' when I did this to the manager, courtney, I was informed that no one had them a certain denomination of chicken prices. so I asked them big wings, if possible, otherwise I would order another meal to feed my family. as answer to my question was given to me all small pieces of chickens that were soggy and undercooked. the huh was so undercooked it was still pink on the bone so that not a family member could finish their meal and our whole family now feels sick after our terrible meal. What a waste of money, ordered a mega meal and swapped a shaker salad for chips,the salad was half full the chicken was dry chips were cold. Got home to find no 10 nuggets. Rang the store to mention that the nuggets were missing got...told to come back and collect them. Didn't what to drive back there i so called manager he said they would email me a voucher. After not receiving the voucher i. drove back to the store to be ignored by three staff members .Explained to the manger about the salad and how horrible it was and that I threw it away.Refused to give me a refund for the nuggets so I said that I would take the nuggets got home to find only 9 nuggets rang again, he hung up on me . Absolutely rubbish service!! Worst KFC I've ever been to. The drive through service girl/child was so abrupt, arrogant, impatient a so full of sass!! I almost felt like just driving straight through and going without. (6pm, 14/7/18) See spoke to me with the utmost contempt...and her body language was even worse. I was cut off before I could get the words it if my mouth and she STILL got the order wrong... And was really annoyed with ME for asking her to correct it!! As over 200 others say... I swear this store is getting worse. For the second time in a month I have not been given the chips as part of my order or the piece of chicken I asked for. My husbands chips were soggy as usual with no seasoning at...all. After ringing to complain again all the manager says is sorry come back and I will give you your chips. Bit **** late when I’ve driven home. I highly recommend that every one boycotts the Beenleigh store as this is a poor excuse for a KFC.

When I opened the box, the food was soggy and the meat fell off the bone. The skin was soaked in oil, making it difficult to handle without getting greasy. I didn't have any hand sanitizer to clean up. Check out the photos I uploaded - this place must be inspected by health authorities. After eating just two pieces, I experienced bad reflux. Overall, it was a waste of money.
Only thing I can guarantee at KFC Beenleigh, they will be sure to stuff up my order, not give me what I ordered, food won’t be fresh and burgers slapped together, food cold or slightly warm, will always have to ask for napkins, spoons etc,...and the care factor from the Manager/s will be 0%. It’s appalling and KFC should be embarrassed!!!
This KFC branch is possibly the worst in Australia. They never get orders right, serve cold food, and have disinterested and careless staff. They need to hire new employees and a more mature manager instead of children.
I have consistently been disappointed with my experiences at this restaurant, so I have decided to leave a review to share my thoughts. Even a simple order of chips and gravy is unhealthy here.

We are so glad Eagleby KFC has opened. the wait at beenleigh is always long wether you park or go through drive through. the amount of times the order is right I could count on one hand.
Quality and service as typical of KFC, more than reasonable. Burgers and chicken was hot and fresh as is the norm.
