I strongly advise against visiting the KFC on Aaron Avenue in Fairfield, Alabama. I stopped by one evening, right before closing, and what I experienced was shocking. The so-called manager or supervisor was cursing so loudly that it was hard to believe! The girl at the drive-thru didn’t even try to close the window to muffle the noise. It was truly unbelievable!
To make matters worse, I ordered three original thighs, but when I got home, I discovered I had received a large, burnt, hard fried chicken breast instead of what I ordered. Seriously? After witnessing the chaos and hearing the language used there, I wouldn't even consider going back to get a refund — I’d rather not risk them tamper...

The young lady was at the register and was very unprofessional. The manager was all over the place and did not know how to manage his employees. Customer service is just a word we see and often not used in most fast food restaurants. My food was dropped and they did not think I saw them nor took the initiative to redo the order. I won't be back to this KFC.

The drive-thru service was disappointing, and the staff had a bad attitude for some reason. When I requested coleslaw instead of mashed potatoes, it felt like a hassle. Additionally, the chicken just doesn't taste like it used to. I won't be returning.

The experience was quite good overall, but it seemed like they were short-staffed. The front cashier had to assist the person at the window. Despite that, everything was still satisfactory.
I ordered and paid for an 8-piece meal with two sides, but when I got home, I only found 6 pieces of chicken. This will be my last time going there—very unprofessional staff!
I hot Nashville hot and spicy it was what I expected. Fries were not hot or even crisy!!! Biscuit was hard on top and bottom. Not very good. Disappointed
Everything what pretty much ok. The service could have been a little better but overall I left very satisfied with my order. The food was fresh
