KFC - Tisch resevieren

I have visited this restaurant twice in the past 3 days and both times my order was incorrect. The same cashier does not seem to care about getting the orders right. The first time, I ordered a large mashed potatoes with gravy, a small corn, and a side of gravy, but I received the mashed potatoes without gravy. Today, I ordered a large mashed potatoes without gravy and a small corn, but the cashier rang up a small mashed potatoes with gravy and a small mac n cheese instead. I told him it was wrong and he finally got it right, but I didn't realize he had rung up the mac and cheese until I drove off. KFC has the worst mac and cheese in the fast food industry that I have ever had. I will not be...

Slow service! The drive-thru had a long line and moved at a snail's pace. The speaker was broken, so I had to place my order at the window. However, once I reached the window, the service was excellent. The ladies there were quick and efficient. I ordered a 4-piece dinner, and the sides were great. The chicken was good, but I received only dark meat (thighs and legs). I had expected to get a selection that included breast, thighs, leg, and wings. After all, this is Hawaii, and I’m on vacation from Washington, D.C.

The manager is impolite, but the other two girls are much more pleasant.
