Very poor management here. The manager took my order for beyond chicken and took payment only to try and swap it out for actual chicken. Why he thought that was a valid substitution is beyond comprehension. Refused to cancel my entire order. Wasted 20 minswaiting in the drive thru for this because they are not doing dining in or even take out..
I got this Fill Up Box . This was terrible. The chicken tasted old and the fries were stale. This food was not like Ive ever had before from KFC. It was just nasty. I only ate it because I was hungry and didnt want to order again. I dont think Ill be ordering from here again.
Drive thru only as of 8/21/21, mediocre original fried chicken, dry biscuit w/ no margarine, and the mashed potatoes gravy just wasn't good. I wasn't expecting much from fast food but this was my first KFC trip in many years this will nowdefinitely be my last KFC experience.
Nasty looking dried brown stuff inside the bag and on the wrappers of my food. Does not look like simply beans. It looks to me like extremely old food which has me wondering how long has it been there and how did they not notice. Absolutely disgusting. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The food was cold, the nuggets were missing their breading, the French fries were only half full, and the biscuits were incredibly hard. I was disappointed with both the quality and quantity of food I received for my money.
It was quite busy tonight, as many people chose to celebrate Cinco de Mayo at KFC/Taco Bell. The staff handled the pressure well and managed to keep everything running smoothly. Cheers to them!
They do not close at 1am like advertised. I pulled up at 12:20a at the drive-thru and heard the automatic message saying they were closed and to come back during business hours.
My experience at KFC was disappointing. The chicken leg was tough and hard to bite into, and the biscuit was like a rock! I won’t be trying anything from their menu again. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
