Absolutely full of lazy employees and especially lazy management. Recorded them saying they can 't make anymore chicken 2 hours and 45 minutes prior to closing. Called corporate and had to email them a copy. Corporate was very generous, apologized, and gave 2 coupons for free family meals that don 't expire til December 2024. Said they 'll send someone to investigate why their machines were down though I told them it was just that they didn 't wanna give me 12 legs nor did they wanna cook any on the spot. Went to bojangles tonight instead where employees wanna actually work til closing rather than be lazy last 3 hours
I spent nearly $27.00 on a 4-piece and a 6-piece chicken tender meal, only to get home and find no biscuits or dipping sauce included. The receipt doesn't have a contact number, and the size of the chicken pieces seems like they might be from baby chicks. I tried calling the number I found online, but it just leads to voicemail. Overall, this meal was not worth the money, and I haven't received any response from KFC.
Was very hungry and wanted some good fried chicken !!! Went thru the drive thru and got a 3-piece dinner. On the way home I thought why do I not smell that wonderful chicken smell? It was bland! No spices and tasted like it was fried in old, stale grease! Didn’t eat the biscuit because it smelled like stale grease also!!!! I doubt I go back! YUK!!! The cats liked it!
Ordered a chicken tinder meal through the app. When I went to pick it up an hour before close I was told they had no more chicken and when I said I had a mobile order I was told there was just enough left for my order and ended up with a chicken breast torn up into 5 pieces instead also didn’t have the biscuit with the meal. I’m highly pissed :

They always forget something in the orders and a girl there had such an attitude also when I ordered fries last time it was kinda empty and I really thought some fell into the bag but no literally serving like nothing in the fry box
I placed a mobile order to avoid waiting in line on my way home. However, when I arrived, the door was locked. I ended up having to wait in the drive-thru since the lobby was closed.
Had to throw away one piece of chicken was bad and smelled like it was spoiled . Afraid to eat any of it . Just isn’t the same as it used to be quality has definitely changed.
This is by far, the WORST KFC I have EVER eaten at ! The chicken tenders taste (and texture) was as if it had been sitting for days!
