The purpose of this review is purely to point out how awful our experience was - otherwise I wouldn't review fast food. Upon entry there was a young chap with no shirt sat on the counter causing a ruckus! The manager failed to control the situation until another customer stepped in. We were then left standing at the counter waiting to Order for over 15 minutes while two staff walked around the restaurant including the manager without any ackownledgment that one guy was left to take orders and serve and the queue was building up and people getting more annoyed. I have visited KFC restaurants all over the world and this was in a different league! Visited on two seperate occasions, the first lunch and the second in the night. The first time my order was made incorrectly three times and considering it is supposed to be a fast food place, this took nearly 40minutes. I only ordered two wraps which were on the menu and i didnt ask for any adjustments etc to be made to them so it should have been straight forward. The same male staff member made the wraps incorrectly each time! The second time I was told they didnt have enough chicken to complete my order. KFC normally are pretty good but the branch in Joondalup is the worst I have seen. The franchise owner obviously does not really reinforce the service and systems processes. Sometimes you have to wait up to 10 to 15 minutes just to get to the front counter as they normally only have one person serving. When you order the person serving you then goes and gets all the food and hands to you before they can serve the next person.The cleanliness of the place has a lot to be desired. The store is a disgrace to the KFC name.
The restaurant did not appear as unclean as others had mentioned. It's possible that they have recently renovated. The chicken was tasty, but it wasn't freshly cooked. When we asked if they could make a new batch, we were told that it was already late and that was all that was available (it was 8 pm on a Friday night). Fortunately, the chicken wasn't soggy.

I visited this restaurant last weekend for a delicious meal. A staff member named Sean was extremely helpful since I was unfamiliar with the menu. I have been to this restaurant in the past and the managers seem knowledgeable and competent. Despite some negative reviews, this KFC is definitely worth stopping at.
There was 7 in our party,3 ordered from Hungry Jacks the rest from KFC,we all met up at KFC. We were going to eat outside but the grimey looking tables & chairs,appeared not to have seen soap & water for years. Totally off putting.I've ticked the outdoor seating box,against my better judgement !
I ordered a zinger box in the restaurant and it was delicious. The food was served quickly and was excellent. The service was great. Thank you for providing an excellent dining experience.
I'm suspicious of talking about KFC Perth. I got there several times, because I do love their chicken! Well, who loves fried chicken, go there and I'm sure you won't regret! :)

The waiting times here are rediculus. Dont come if your looking for fast food. Working night shift and i got into trouble as my break was over half way through my order
Standard KFC restaurant and standard meal. Nice and hot and chips were fresh, in a busy area so can generally rely on getting a decent feed
