I placed an online order and picked it up at the store. However, when I got home, I found that both orders were incorrect (I received two legs and a drumstick instead of two breasts and wings). I went back to the store to request an exchange. As soon as I approached the window, they recognized their mistake without me having to explain anything. They promptly provided me with a fresh, hot replacement along with an apology. All the staff were very polite, friendly, and eager to make things right. Let me start with my first review. I apologize in advance if I miss any important details, but I simply have to share my experience. The customer service here is PHENOMENAL and the FRIENDLIEST I've ever encountered in a fast food restaurant! The staff is incredibly kind and respectful, which is such a refreshing change in today's world. Last night, I arrived a bit early, and instead of closing like most fast food places would, they happily took my order and did their best to accommodate me with the remaining items for the night. Whenever I'm craving KFC, this will definitely be my go-to spot. Great job, everyone!
The management is terrible. KFC's policy of only allowing mobile order pickups inside the restaurant, and not at the drive-thru or curbside, completely undermines the convenience and safety that mobile ordering is supposed to offer. I always end up waiting a long time for my food, regardless. I ended up getting my chicken from Crown Chicken instead, as I only stopped by KFC for diet sodas since it was the only place nearby. If you have to get out of your car to pick up fried chicken, you might as well go to a better chicken restaurant.
I ordered a two-piece crispy chicken meal, while my husband chose the crispy chicken tender meal, along with some other items for our family. Unfortunately, the chicken was completely lacking in seasoning, including the chicken tenders. Additionally, both the chicken and the fries seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. During these challenging times, when it's difficult to find dedicated workers, the team at this KFC really stands out. They work incredibly hard during busy hours to ensure customers have a friendly and enjoyable experience. I always look forward to coming here and will continue to do so for as long as they maintain their excellent service. I'm grateful for their efforts, and I believe there’s no need for any complaints.
Fill Up box, was awful!!! Chicken was suppo to be extra crispy, but all crispy stuff falling off, it was cold!! The nuggets were cold, and the fries were cold and just mangled in the box. Asked for all the same sauces, and got four different ones. And finally, the biscuts were hard and cold. Very dissappointed in KFC!!! Oh and they forgot my coleslaw!!
I received lukewarm chicken and hard, cold fries. The food is overpriced for such poor quality and preparation. I want to emphasize that this is not the driver's fault, as the food was like this when it was picked up. I would like a full refund due to this disappointing service from the KFC location.

Only 1 person in front of me and still waited 15 to get food. It seems it's always slow here. I thought let me try again, but no they're still so slow. Had no ice for the drinks.
