Dined in had the 10pc celebration today for my family of 4. The food was perfect and plentiful. Restaurant appeared to me new through the condition of walls and decor. Roderick was the cashier. He knew how to get a big customer service. His personality and demeanor were happy and happy. He brought our meal to our table and even checked us during our meals.
This has to be the worst crispy all white chicken I've ever eaten. I don't think they've changed the frying oil in weeks and tasted like it, the only positive was it was hot. I threw most of it away. My son in law had a chicken sandwich told me it was good. Won't eat at this location again when we're traveling.
Not once, not twice, but EVERY time i have gone the service has been absolutely trash; and EVERY TIME i have been screwed one way or the other on my orders. i went back to try and give another chance (i like the chicken sandwhich ion know). KFC never fails.. to disappoint. What is wrong with y’all?
