I clearly requested mashed potatoes instead of the new fries, as I’m not a fan of them, and I used to enjoy the wedges. The person at the register acknowledged my request. However, when I got home, I found fries in my order. Seriously?! Additionally, I ordered chicken tenders, but when I asked for dipping sauce, I was met with resistance. I had to explain that I ordered tenders and wanted sauce, and they only provided me with one. When I asked for another, it felt like I was speaking a different language. The experience was incredible! The staff is exceptionally friendly, making it a place definitely worth visiting. My children loved it, and I enjoyed it just as much. It’s truly family-friendly; they don’t mind when you ask your kids what they want, even if there’s a line. No one has ever been rude; in fact, everyone there is so welcoming that you feel right at home. I absolutely love this place!
The staff is friendly, and the food is fresh. The restaurant is generally quite clean. However, the parking lot has a drain in the middle that often has a strong odor, making it unpleasant to eat in your car with the windows open. Currently, there are no seats available for dining in. All the dishes are fresh, hot, and delicious. The manager and staff are professional, attentive, and skilled at managing unruly customers. The restaurant is clean, and the prices remain reasonable.
Always the nicest staff, day or night. I would like to see larger pieces, but that's not the staff's fault. If the prices continue to go up and the chicken gets small, the stars will go away...
