I was served by a lovely young lady named Jaliyah tonight! She served us amazing hot food for my family and we are a satisfied household! Absolutely love Birkdale KFC! So many people are so quick to post bad reviews, however since it opened, we have always been impressed with the service and quality of food compared to other KFCs in the bayside! I love this place and appreciate everyone that does their best to provide top quality food and amazing customer service! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
The chicken was delicious, and the service was surprisingly quick for a Saturday night. The staff greeted us with smiles, which added to the positive experience. We ordered takeout for dinner, and the price was quite reasonable at A$1–20 per person. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5. There was plenty of parking available, with free parking options.
Two weeks in a row, I have been through drive thru. Both times I asked for chicken nugget go bucket for my granddaughter, both times I have been given popcorn chicken go buckets.
