I visited the drive-thru today to order the two-piece box, which should have included two pieces of chicken, two sides, and a drink for $7.99. I had seen it advertised on TV for just $5.99, though. When I reached the window, the employee informed me that my total was over $12, claiming I had ordered a three-piece combo. I clarified that I had indeed ordered the two-piece chicken box, but he insisted otherwise and continued to argue with me. Frustrated, I asked for a refund and drove off. Horrible location, rude employees. Very poorly managed, strongly suggest not visiting. The attitude of the employees is particularly condescending towards customers, and absolutely do not care about customer service. The manager owner has totally failed especially with the two female employees on the counter drive through window. Total disrespectful. I would give zero stars if I could. I will never visit this location again and also will strongly reconsider ever going to any KFC. Good bye and good riddance again especially the employees. Sad.
I had an absolutely awful experience at this restaurant! At 7 PM, the indoor seating was closed, and the staff seemed more interested in dancing than in doing their jobs. How do I know this? I had to wait 45 minutes in the drive-thru and could see them through the open back door for a full 20 minutes! Waiting for 45 minutes is just unacceptable! What on earth were they thinking?
There's nothing more frustrating than requesting fresh fries (just fries, nothing else) and receiving a bag of mixed old and new fries instead. It completely ruined my day. I'm just shaking my head at the audacity of it all!

As a food delivery driver, I often find myself waiting a long time for my orders. Today, I had to wait 20 minutes for mine. It seems they don't prioritize the time of others at all.
If you come to pick up your online order, then get ready to wait about 15 minutes, every time I come here they make me wait for at least 10-15 minutes
What a joke! It should be called Kentucky Fried Cornish Game Hens!!!!! Ordered Drumsticks and Thighs for the hubby. 2 wings for me. Crazy!!!
If you decide to order online, be sure to bring a comfortable chair with you, as the wait time can be quite lengthy.
