This place is a shamble from working at a Kfc myself not to long ago they haven’t done anything correct at all, there supposed to wear nets around there beards none of them did, there was hair all over my food and haven’t even got all the boxes they need to make the meals or lids for krushems, the gravy was more of a water than gravy, the chicken doesn’t look cooked properly on the inside, our krushems wasn’t even mixed properly there was chocolate all over the cups and chocolate chips on top which they aren’t supposed to be Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
Awful. Sat waiting for about 30 to 40 minutes in a cold dining area as the AC was on constantly. It wasn't busy so no need for it to take so long. When we did get our food we were missing one item. A burger. Went up to the counter to ask for it the gave us one. It was cold and the most pathetic looking burger ever. It looked like it had been ran over and left out for a few days. We couldn't be bothered to go up and ask for another new one as it took them long enough to give it to us in the first place. We didn't order much and I wouldn't recommend ordering anything. Don't recommend.
The worst KFC I have ever come too! We waited half an hour for a share bucket and zinger burger which they forgot! When we asked for it the guy at the counter gave us a funny look, turned around and handed us a burger box from the counter behind him. We took it back to the table and no guessing it was cold, I've had KFC several times before I know the food never looks like their pictures but I've never seen one quite so pathetic. They weren't busy either!
I really wouldn’t recommend this KFC at all. We went in about 7:35pm and it was quiet. Ordered our food on the screen and then had to wait 25 minutes for our food!! If you want snail speed service then go for it but otherwise I wouldn’t recommend this KFC to anyone! Management really need to sort their staff out. This is the first time I've ordered kfc in the UK. I obviously chose this store, but the app still locates me in the Nottingham store without giving me a hint! I wasted my money and I waited for half an hour without getting my order. I told this to the moto clerk, but he didn't offer me any help and left me out in the cold, a very bad experience. Had to clean table and seating yet again, all greasy ,never see them getting cleaned, food was quick for once,absolutely disgusting chicken royal,where's the spicy mayo?,looks like it had grease instead,also was told had to order spicy mayo at self service but couldnt order just a sauce,absolute waste of time and money Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
