Pacific Fair today KFC lunch boy what a long wait for service one service line open 10 customers waiting on there orders and we were 8th in line. I had to joke with the elderly man in front of me who kept looking at his watch and said it must of been worst on Christmas and New Years. Finally got to the service counter girl was lovely doing the best she could while x2 were getting the orders out and x3 at the back including manager. Customer service girl looked flustered on her own. I'm reading a lot of stories and negative reviews about fast food workers so I thought I'd change that. Last week due to the noise and my son the cashier mistook my order, however his colleague heard me say it was an error but oh well they were busy and we'd deal with it. They presented me with the correct order with no issues. Fantastic work guys. They're doing what they can in an environment where it's loud, with a lot of people waiting,who I will say from what I have seen are patient both in line and waiting for their order. The service was quite slow, and the server seemed somewhat unresponsive, moving at a leisurely pace and wandering around while preparing the food. During my visit, there were only four orders, yet it took about ten minutes for my food to arrive, which felt a bit lackluster considering each order consisted of just one or two items. I ordered a popcorn bucket but received two large boxes instead. I appreciate their effort to provide something even when the buckets were unavailable. However, I was disappointed to find out that the frozen drink I ordered wasn't available because the machine was off. On the bright side, the chicken was hot when it arrived, which I was thankful for.
I had a disappointing experience on Sunday, the 19th, at 1 PM. The service was slow, and it took quite a while for my order to be prepared. After it was made, I had to wait nearly 5 minutes before it was handed to me, which resulted in the chips being soggy. I didn’t feel it was worth complaining since the staff seemed to be having a tough time already.

This place is always severely understaffed, the orders get backed up and the staff look exhausted, too exhausted to smile or wait 2 seconds for someone to ask for some wipes or extra napkins. Please stop being stingy with your money and start putting more staff on and please put wipes in every order. I’m sick of having to ask for them every time.
Your review seems to lack a personal touch. It’s 5 PM, there’s a line of 10 people, and only one girl is working at the counter. I've already seen five people leave in frustration. It’s clear that your staff is feeling overwhelmed.
I honestly would give 0 stars. I placed an order and then waited 47mins for fast food! The ppl working were rude and then when I get my food it’s missing multiple things from my order. Anywhere would be better than this place.
You do a good job Brock, just need to stay calm and not let the under staffed busy days get to you.

Was your standard KFC however this is not a hot n spicy supplied store which is a shame.
I’m from Taiwan and I love Aussie KFC so much buy it very Tuesday.
