My recent visit to KFC was incredibly disappointing. KFC was supposed to close at midnight but at 11pm girl denied to open the door and asked me to order by drive through. After placing my order they asked me to wait for 5 minutes Despite waiting outside more than 20 minutes, the Zinger boxes I ordered were handed to me cold, soggy, and practically inedible. They just gave me leftover food. The chicken was not fresh, and the sides were lukewarm at best. It felt like a complete waste of money as I couldn't even bring myself to eat more than a few bites. The overall experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory. I hope KFC takes this feedback seriously and improves both their food quality and...
Slooowest. So I ordered 21pcs of chicken a large fries at 7:22pm. I got the food around 8:28pm. People before me were moaning about the delay so I just stayed patient. 45 mins in, I asked, the guy said there’s not enough chicken so they have to cook more. It doesn’t look like the kitchen staff have efficient system, nor do they have an effective manager, they move around soooo slow as if there’s no rush. It’s the slowest KFC branch I’ve ever been to. Add that to the chicken which we’re mostly burnt. I recommend avoiding this place and go to other KFC nearby. That would be my last visit there.
Lazy ass workers as always, can't get a meal right if it was their job!... Oh wait, it is their job and they can't do it Ordered a Tower Burger box, got normal burger, no popcorn chicken mini, wrong piece of chicken and not even upsized chips or drink. Told the girl working twice before it went through so she definitely understood, if I had her name I'd put it here so they'd replace her. Horrible experience here, waste of money. This KFC has awful service. They took 45 minutes just to get out mine and my partner’s orders. Other customers had waited 30-45 minutes some even longer. They have no concept of other people’s time, always yelling at each other or are talking instead of doing their jobs. The management here really needs a change or a retrain in customer service. Wicked wings is 12 .95, 6 piece hot and spicy is 16.95. Why did i get charged 6 dollars to swap them over, and a 30 minutes wait for fast food is a joke. Second, you should send your staff to do basic maths so no one else gets to rip off. Check your POS at 7p. I also wanted to add that i was lied to saying hot and spicy costs more, hence the $2 extra charge Meal type: Dinner
Waited over 30 minutes today for a giant feast and 3 burgers... manager is absolutely useless in managing the child staff, food was disgusting and cold by the time the order was sorted. Absolute joke of a fast food place!! Today's useless manager and all the staff needs to wake up to themselves or make way for others that are willing to work!!! Meal type: Lunch

Avoid unless you don't mind waiting 30+ minutes. At least the staff seemed happy joking around doing very little. Sorry the custoners are such an inconvenience to your conversations.
