we ate here a few nights ago and couldn't get enough. The serving size is very generous and reasonably priced. The food took us right back to Koh Samui, Thailand. Its authentic thai food cooked the way you like it - spicy or not spicy. We ate coconut prawns to start, thai stir fry with fish and cashews and stir fry with prawns sweet and sour. Could not fault this restaurant at all. great service, exceptional food. If i was staying in cairns longer I'd go right back!
I visited the restaurant a couple of times and tried everytime something else from the menu and I can say that it's by far the best thai food I have eaten. The service is very good and professional and fulfills all special wishes. Top food! This restaurant is playing definitely in the top league. Additionally, the owner is very friendly and and carrying.Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
This restaurant really ticked all the boxes for me (us). We (2) arrived a few minutes late, but that was no problem for Khin Khan. Our waitress explained the menus and assisted us all through the ordering process. So gracious, so charming. . . So much Thai style. The smiles are genuine and they certainly go out of their way, to please. I definitely will go back again, maybe in a couple of weeks time!
The food here was delicious. Spring rolls, Penang curry, and chicken pad Thai are all excellent options. Even if you ask for something mild/not spicy, it still is a bit hot. The service was quick and pretty good. The restaurant has a fantastic outdoor seating area in front that makes you feel like you're in a Thai garden. Had lunch twice and impressed with the quality, friendliness of staff and price. Price of lunch special is a winner. Definitely worth a visit or two. The vegetarian cocoanut milk soup was a bit of a disappointment as there were a few veggies only.
This was my first time trying Thai curry and it was amazing! I got yellow curry with tofu and I could seriously eat that every day. It was the perfect amount of spicy and the staff was very nice. Definitely the best food I’ve had in cairns
The food was superb. Remember to make a reservation here so u do not have to wait for your food especially if ur a large group. They are understaffed as its a small establishment. A reservation will help them prep ingredients in advance.
