Khoi Hung is located in a small plaza, so parking may be limited and challenging. The exterior is somewhat traditional and unassuming, but don't let that deceive you! The service was excellent, with our waitress taking our order promptly and delivering our food quickly. We ordered the bun rieu and filet mignon with garlic and butter. My aunt tried the bun rieu and commented that it tasted just like they make it in Vietnam. Restaurant is in a modest small plaza with nothing else interesting. It definitely felt like a place only locals know about. But I saw this on IG and food looked good. Filet Mignon sizzling plate At first I was worried that the meat would be over cooked because the sizzling plate was so hot. But I was pleasantly surprised that the filet mignon was on the rare side. Located in the plaza next to the gas station, this restaurant is easy to find. The staff were welcoming and offered great recommendations for dishes to try. My favorite is the beef with fried rice, which always leaves my taste buds satisfied. The food here is truly a hidden gem, with a memorable flavor that keeps me coming back. Even my picky parents enjoyed the food. The lamb, fried chicken, and chicken with rice were also delicious. The jasmine green tea and salted plum with soda were recommended drinks to try. Came here first time and had the Filet Mignon and Lamb Chops which were decent for the price. Came back a second time because we happened to be in the area and this second visit really solidified this place for me! We all got the Com Ga Roti and were not disappointed! Great food at very reasonable prices. Their Com Bo Luc Lac is cooked in some buttery, garlic oyster sauce concoction--not sure what it is but very yummy! Also, they do accept Visa and Mastercard here (but with a service charge). Not ideal but still an option if you are strapped for cash.
Food and service was awesome. The price is very affordable. This is a must try. We will be back to try more different dishes there. The restaurant is clean and service was fast. Highly recommended this restaurant. We will be back soon again!
Love their sizzling Loc Lac. Drinks are good as well as service. This is one of our go to restaurants in Little Saigon. They have some great dishes that you can't find elsewhere in the area.

Good spot for local dishes. They have a lunch special and that's what I came for. Whether hainan chicken rice, hu tieu or com. There much for varieties of dishes I've yet to try.
