I just ordered a takeaway from here- two massaman curries, two rice and vegetable spring rolls. There was a horrible orange liquid (I’m presuming oil) on the top of the curries. I tried to mix it in but it was just separated and really disgusting....I called the restaurant to let them know, and they just were not bothered. The lady on the phone wouldn’t listen to what I was saying and I offered to send her a picture, but she told me I can complain to her manager or just eat but didnt put me through to anyone. last night and was very disappointed. we ordered the meal b and started with a mixed starter of the usual trade fair. it wasn't terrible, but it was clearly bought and quite tasteless. we had the suppe by the way, and apart from being really spicy, there was very little taste. we followed this with rühr-fritted veg, who were hard (not a dente,) red curry rift, and huhn and cashews. that's when the dings really got bad. beef came and smiled funny; at the tasting it was clear that the meat was out. I was also suspicious of the huh. what a great place to eat....The food is excellently fresh hot delicate on the palate, my partner took me for an surprise birthday treatment what was a leak. the personal, where very friendly professional helpful explain the different types of tee. it jasmine tee. is amazing after their meal well compliments her taste buds. this little diamond is worth the vist. romantic or a group when friends get up family. bankette are a Fab tag to try the different aromen at the same time when it is their first time. Awful is the best way to describe our delivery of food last night. Food was delivered barely warm which bearing in mind the restaurant is 150 yards away from home is pretty rubbish) and portions were both small and with very limited amounts of...meat (chicken) the mixed starter was ok but pricey 16) and the battered prawns, onions ? and spring rolls were soggy and pretty bland. Placed an order over the phone for collection at 7:30pm on New Year’s Eve with two hours notice. Upon arrival we gave our surname to collect the order and waited a 15 minutes only to be told our order had been lost and therefore not...processed and would be another 30 minutes before it was ready. The staff were unapologetic and offered no consolation to make up for this mistake and we had to leave without our order. Will not be returning.
Must have been a dozen times over the last few years and has been excellent on every occasion. Great Thai food and very warm hospitality. We have particularly enjoyed the Thai beef salad,corn fritters, mixed starter platter, green curry and duck main dishes. The crispy...duck stir fry one is delicious.
we waited half an hour after sitting before someone picked up our order. Saturday evening and the place was full, yet this is not acceptable. the staff apologised for being very busy. I understand that we were also customers and our experience was pampered by very bad service.
