I've eaten here now five times in the last six weeks and every time I go I love the food, the service and the vibe of the restaurant. It feels like you're in Japan in a small alleyway shop! The food is so fresh, great tasting and comes out fast. Heaps of options on the menu. I've eaten there on my own, with my partner and with friends - everyone I've taken there has loved it and gone back. The staff that work there are really friendly and lovely. I highly recommend the restaurant and I'm so glad I found it. I walk there from Zetland and back, which is a decent walk but there is ample street parking available after 7pm.
I really don't know how this shop makes any money. The food is cheaper than what one gets in the city, the quality of their non-ramen items are great. I had a few of their Waygu dishes along with salmon lover. All very fresh and average prices... So it's really good value.Their Ramen needs some work. It's acceptable but not amazing.But everything else is just really great value. They're run by real Japanese people.
This is serious one of the best Chicken Nanban in Sydney. The food is excellent and excellent value. Highly recommend everyone to go visit to try this dish especially during lunch time. The chicken nanban comes in a set lunchbox and a miso soup. Seriously the best Japanese chicken nanban. For the food quality and value.
Have eaten a few times at Kibuna now and have been amazed at the quality (and price) of the food. Have eaten a variety of appetizers - their takoyaki is amazing - and can recommend both the ramen and sushi. The ramen is very filling and lovely and comforting, and the sushi is amazingly fresh and excellent value.

Ate here for lunch and pleasantly surprised with one of the best pork ramen noodles I have had in a while. Especially in Mascot:)Looks a bit empty from the outside but a lot of diners inside at both table and eating bar.They also do takeaway.
Kibuna is a small clean Japanese noodle house, the service was very good, the food was fresh and tasty and quick i would eat there again good for a quick meal.
Good prices, fresh food , friendly staffs, small choices of food, easy to read menu, fast service, big meals. One of my favourite restaurants in mascot area

a waiter/cashier serves the whole restaurant. they must order / pay first. Eat easy, but delicious.
Good portion of food with reasonable price and their customer service is good as well.
