Kibune - Tisch resevieren

I discovered this Japanese restaurant owned by a family on a rainy Saturday night. There was only one other table occupied, but because of the rain, we decided to stay rather than risk being turned away from busier restaurants. The restaurant was run by an elderly couple who were very welcoming. The food was delicious, authentic, and served promptly. The atmosphere of the restaurant seemed like it had been there for many years, giving us the feeling of dining at someone's home.

This family-run restaurant serves delicious Japanese food in a convenient location near the Orpheum cinema. The chicken katsu salad is especially delicious. I often order takeout from here, but Kibune also offers a cozy dining experience with traditional Japanese wooden tables and chairs.

One of my favourite local go tos run by the sweetest couple who make the most delicious japanese feeds. Their sushi, sashimi, chicken katsu don, udon noodles and teriyaki beef dons are delicious and a must try! Great place to support local business.

The next best thing to being in small town Japan. Food is great and the owners are rockstars. Love this place. Try the tempura udon!!! Good selection of Japanese beers as well.<br/ お父さん、お母さん、ご馳走様でした！

Fantastic Japanese on the lower north shore. Just round the corner from the Cinema. Good selection terrific tempura and teriyaki dishes. Been coming here for years..

Wonderful food, simple Japanese food done perfectly. The people who run it are lovely, and it's really affordable. I would recommend the agedashi nasu, amazing!!
