THE RESTAURANT IS BEAUTIFUL WITH A GREAT VIBE AND THE STAFF ARE SUPER FRIENDLY HELPFUL. WE ORDERED SEVERAL DISHES, IN WHICH SOME WERE ESPECIALLY GOOD. WE HAD THEIR SUPER NACHOS W/BULGOGI WHICH WE LOVED. WE ALSO HAD THE 4 TACO PLATTER WHICH WAS ALSO ABIG HIT. MY HUSBAND HAD THE CUBAN SANDWICH WHICH WAS OK. AND I HAD THE CALIFORNIA BURRITO WHICH ALSO OK BUT NOTHING SPECIAL. THE BOMB APPATIZER WAS ALSO REALLY GOOD. AS FOR THE DRINKS WE LOVED THE THAI MILK TEA AND THE MANGO SMOOTHIE. OVER ALL GREATEXPERIENCE AND WOULD GO BACK TO TRY DIFFERENT ITEMS
I've passed by this restaurant numerous times, and we finally decided to give it a shot. All I can say is, WHY DIDN'T I TRY IT SOONER?! The food here is incredible! The staff are friendly and welcoming, both at the front and at the bar. The menu offers a fantastic fusion of Mexican and Korean cuisine, and they've nailed it. The fries and kimchichangas are perfectly fried without that greasy aftertaste you often encounter with fried foods. Every dish is bursting with flavor. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone!
Delicious fusion of Korean and Mexican food. Had the KBBQ California Burrito. It was really good and I can't wait to come back and try other food. Picked up a loyalty stamp card since I'll definitely be coming back. Update: I went back and tried the Bibimabap Burrito with spicy pork. Very good and not too spicy for me, but some might think so. Glad to come back again cause I'd been craving it. Noticed happy hour is all day on Sundays and Mondays so hopefully my next visit will be on a Monday.
Kimchichanga has recently opened a new location, and you absolutely have to check it out. Their signature dish, the Kimchichanga, is a delightful twist on the traditional chimichanga, and I find myself craving another one days later. The Mexican pizza is also impressive, as is their Kimchi Rice Bowl. If you're looking for a unique dining experience, Kimchichanga is the perfect spot. I recently had the pleasure of trying vegan kimchichangas for the first time. The dish was wonderfully fried, boasting a satisfying crunchy texture and delicious flavor. The tofu and cauliflower topping, complemented by the vegan cheese, added a great texture to the meal. The serving came with four chimichangas, all well-stuffed. Overall, a delightful experience! (Updated from a previous review on January 24, 2022.)
Update: I returned to try the Bibimabap Burrito with spicy pork. It was excellent—just the right level of spice for me, though others might find it a bit too spicy. I'm really happy to be back, as I had been craving this meal. I noticed that happy hour runs all day on Sundays and Mondays, so I'm hoping my next visit will be on a Monday!
I ordered the vegan nachos with avocado and the vegan kimichimichanga with tofu and they did not disappoint! it was delicious, the kimichimichanga had a beautiful knirschen and a sweet kick at the end of every bite. afteros were great. homemade tortillas have a good authentic taste. hubby is notvegan and enjoyed it too.
When I think of kimchi, I envision a spicy and tangy flavor. Unfortunately, the kimchichangas I tried were neither very spicy nor particularly flavorful. They weren't bad, but I was hoping for something more delicious and adventurous. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Walked in, got to pick where we sat, no one was there. Ordered the waitress was so nice and sweet. The food was great. I loved all the vegetarian choices. I will be going back!
