I brought my family of 7 to have late lunch. We did not get any water to start off. Then we ordered some appetizers and the calamari was not cooked all the way. The teriyaki steak appetizer was just ok, the rice was soggy and the bread for the crab artichoke dip was also soggy not crispy the way normally sould be. We waited for over 10 minutes for our drink orders. Then finally tried to order our main course and come to find out you ran out of lobster. How does an establishment that is well known for their food especially seafood run out. It wasn't even dinner time yet. This was our first time to Kincaid’s, and it was spectacular! Our server, Sierra, was so friendly and attentive. We ordered from the seasonal menu, and she agreed that these were good selections. The food was brought out promptly, and it was delicious. We saved room for their seasonal dessert, the S’mores Cremè Brûlée, and it was delectable! Thank you for a great dining experience.
The manager and hostess that greeted us at the door were nice and we were seated promptly at a table with a great ocean view. The menu for food and wine had a great selection. The service was sub par. They forgot to bring things we ordered and disappeared for long periods of time without checking to see if we needed anything.
We had a great time dining with a view of the sunset from our window seat. For appetizers, we tried the tasting platter which was delicious. Our dinner entrees included lobster, shrimp crab fettuccine, seafood trio, shrimp scampi, and prime rib. The food was fantastic and our server Paige provided excellent service.
