I don't usually give out 5 stars but this restaurant deserves it. My wife, sister, daughter, and I came in for dinner on Saturday (10.26.19) and the hosts were extremely gracious and understanding of our little toddler (we all know how crazy some of our kids can get). But besides that, my wife and I are Thai food aficionados and everywhere we go we always look for the most authentic Thai cuisine. This place is it in our opinion the food was so perfectly balanced across all meals. The spice level was just perfect our food was welcoming to our palate with enough spice on the back of each bite to liven up the flavors from our initial bite. What a gem in Nyack! Incredible food paired with a warm and friendly staff. I tried the Crying Tiger (flank steak), which was served with a delightful ginger dipping sauce and white rice. The steak was tender and flavorful! For dessert, I had the coconut ice cream with fried banana, which was absolutely delightful. The ice cream was rich and creamy, sprinkled with coconut flakes, and the banana was simply delicious. Although there were only two staff members working that night, which made the wait a bit longer than anticipated, it was understandable given how busy they were. Overall, this is a fantastic family restaurant, and I will certainly be returning!
I recently dined at King and I's new location and was extremely impressed by the upgraded experience. The new owner, who is American and speaks perfect English, is named Micheal and ensures top-notch customer service. The chef, who is Michael's wife, prepares delicious homemade Thai dishes with the perfect balance of spices. This restaurant in Bangkok deserves a 5-star rating for its incredible dining experience. I wasn't compensated for this review, but I must say that I eat Thai food weekly and this is by far the best Thai restaurant in Rockland County, Westchester, and Bergen County. Don't miss out on this gem!
I've been to the King and I restaurant several times and each time it's just as good. Friendly staff, great service, and delicious food. Great decor throughout the restaurant, and even a fun eat-in sunroom off the street. Plenty of vegetarianoptions, and you can pick your protein for alot of dishes. My favorite is the Pad Thai and Thai Iced Tea. And the desserts aredelicious too! It's also family run by a pair of sisters, which makes it even better! Always look forward to coming back.

My favorite restaurant in Nyack. The food is amazing, I tried many of their dishes and could honestly say that I still have to experience a dish I don't like. I absolutely adore this restaurant. The food is fantastic, the prices are reasonable, and the service is quick. The owner is a lovely lady who has been in Nyack for 30 years. She is very friendly and always greets you with a smile, which really lifts the spirits. I just love it!
I can't believe how amazing this place is! You can tell that Pom and her family take great care in preparing everything to perfection. The food is incredibly fresh and flavorful. If you haven't tried The King and I yet, I highly recommend you do!
Very nice place and nice environment. We ordered several different dishes in our group and they all turned out great. We had the pad Thai noodles with shrimp and these Thai empeñadas. So good!

I like Thai food a lot. I have eaten at many in the Nyack. This place has the best taste, texture, freshness, and service. The Pad Thai come with shrimp is soooo good.
My first visit to this restaurant was enjoyable. The waiter was very accommodating and the food was delicious. The service was also very pleasant and friendly.
