I highly recommend against eating at this restaurant. Having worked in the food industry for almost a decade, I have never encountered an owner who disregards the importance of wearing gloves when handling food. It is standard practice to always wear gloves. When I asked the owner to put on gloves, she refused, claiming it was not necessary. I was shocked by her attitude and will not be returning to this establishment. It is important to note that they do not adhere to proper food safety protocols here by not wearing gloves. Not wearing gloves can increase the risk of spreading bacteria and viruses.
they only get a 3 stars for large portions. the carne asada is not carne asada. the flesh is dirty. the tears and the beans are a little too salty and blanching too.
The food was well seasoned the portion sizes were bordering on overwhelming and I got to make two meals out of one. Life was good that day and the next day too!

it's a king pollo when you come here, you know what you need to expect. moderate price design, large portions, special specialties, the usual.
