I booked a room for a number of colleagues visiting Bicester and unfortunately, I really do wish I'd chosen somewhere else. I've dealt with 3 different members of staff across multiple channels (website eform, email and telephone) and I'm told my query has been passed to a manager. I organized a work function for a Christmas celebration together, the event planning was done back in september, which gave us a large amount on the 3 curs fixed menu that we had chosen. penny and the personal could not do enough to help me make this a successful event, the booking was easy, the transfer of details for meals went very smooth, they even changed a few of the dessert to be cheese and cookies as a choice for us. I went for the first time here last week with a friend for dinner and wasn’t disappointed. The food was lovely we were recommended the steak pie and it was amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed it so much we have booked a special birthday meal here as well. Looking forward to going back.
