After three and a half hours, our bowling lanes still weren't ready! Our plans were thrown off completely. Everyone had to leave because it was getting late, and we didn't even get to bowl, which was the whole point of our outing. The food took an excessively long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold. On top of that, the customer service was poor, and the managers did nothing to address our concerns. None of us in the group will be returning. Save your time and money—look for a better place to eat and have fun!
The bowling lanes were fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They offer a variety of games, including giant Connect Four and bean bag toss, among others outside. The wings were some of the best I've ever had, with a fruity flavor and just the right amount of spice. We also ordered a large ice cream, which was a bit pricey at $17. The location is great, right next to a small theme park and the Universal Resort. I would definitely return the next time I visit family.
This was my husband and my first visit, and it was amazing! Our waiter, Kevin, really made our dining experience memorable. He greeted us with a smile every time he came to our table and had excellent knowledge of the menu. He even assisted us in getting tokens for the gaming area, which allowed us to stay after our meal to play some games. It was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely return with our family and friends.
Jessica offered outstanding service and was incredibly attentive to us! It had been years since my last visit, and I'm so happy I chose to come back and give it another chance. I will definitely be returning!

I visited today to make a last-minute reservation, and Jackie at the front desk was incredibly patient and helpful! I'm looking forward to coming in and having a great time! I hope she stays for a long time!
We waited for 15 minutes without anyone greeting us after sitting down in the restaurant. There was also no one at the bar to serve drinks before we went bowling.
We celebrated a 40th birthday with 14 friends, and it was such a great time! The dinner was excellent, and we had a blast bowling together!
This is a great spot to escape the everyday routine. It’s a significant improvement over traditional bowling.
