a nice pub, we called to go through the village. eating was excellent and the right portions. inside is well designed to eat in areas, but still the atmosphere of a cozy village pub. we were made welcome by friendly staff and the food was served hot. we didn't have a long wait time and eating is very expensive. the head of the king has run well and immaculate. we were glad we called and will definitely return.

the definition of a fixed local. large selection of drinks, beautiful decor, friendly staff and amazing eating. the king’s head makes everything they want to do a pub, but better. they have also adapted to covid on a professional style and wisely, which maintains efficiency and still offers a great pub experience. this place could not be recommended :

I really enjoyed eating tonight. I often drove past this pub and thought it looked cozy. we visited friends in bwlchgwyn and chose this for an evening. real ales. prosecco on typing very reasonable. the staff really took care of us. one of the stations on the Wrexham-Ale path.

Food was absolutely lovely. Staff could not do enough. Also got to meet the chef kathy, she was so nice. She would not be out of place in a top top restaurant.
