I had a meal from Kings Meal on Thursday and received a drink with my order that was 8 months past its expiration date. I only noticed this after drinking it tonight, so I called the restaurant to inform them. Unfortunately, I received no apology for the oversight. All they seemed concerned about was contacting their suppliers. While I agree that it's unacceptable for them to sell items that are expired, the store is responsible for checking the expiration dates before handing them to customers. The staff member I spoke with was quite rude and insisted that I was being unreasonable. However, I don’t think it's unreasonable to expect to not receive drinks that are 8 months out of date.
I ordered food on Friday, and it took over two hours to arrive. I wasn't able to contact the restaurant during that time. When the delivery finally came, they sent the wrong pizza! I understand they're busy due to COVID-19, but the service has been terrible. I'm also frustrated that they won’t refund me for the incorrect pizza that we didn’t like and ultimately had to throw away, even after Foodhub reached out to them. Save yourself the hassle and avoid ordering from this takeaway.
This restaurant offers a variety of vegan options. We tried two vegan pizzas; while they weren't the best I've ever had, they weren't bad either. If I'm in the area, I might stop by again, but since we live quite far away and the pizzas were just average, I doubt we'll be ordering from here regularly. On a positive note, I really appreciate the number of vegan choices available.
This is a fantastic restaurant! I enjoyed the chicken tikka kebab, garlic mayo, chips with cheese, and cheese garlic bread. The children also loved the pizza. The vegan cheese was delicious—nothing like the unpleasant store brand. It felt safe to eat. I will definitely be coming back regularly! I live local use this place regularly, sometimes I collect other times get a delivery but most of the time it is great value for money good quality. If you do ever have a problem the staff are great at sorting it out without any dramas.Nice family run business, give it a try you'll love it
had the vegan hühnerburger meal and wobble rings. everything was amazing, so happy to have a vegan takeaway that is close to, they keep the great work because it is in the ground no other vegan takeaways in kabelral! will order in the near future many, many paints.
eating is always delish. her vegan menu is one of the best on the Wirral with many options. the staff is always friendly and helpful. only wish them where closer we live, but the journey to them is always worth it
