I understand if you need to close early and can't fulfill an order, but it’s important to communicate that to your customers. Now I have a hungry group of friends, and by the time I discovered the cancellation (which I had to investigate on my own), other places were already closed. While I can’t comment on the food itself, I won't be returning.

The first time I got a pizza the bottom crust was doughy. I didn't make a fuss because it was takeout and it was ready way before we got there. The second time I had a calzone eating in and the same thing. I'm guessing it was not being cooked enough on the bottom. But the last visit, all was good and flavorful! Maybe it depends on the cook. Went to the Briar lane location trying Kingstown pizza for the first time. I ordered the grilled Chicken Sandwich.There was no honey mustard on it. I ask for extra cheese, no extra cheese. The lettuce was yellow and white and soggy the tomatoes were soggy. I didn't even finish the sandwich. I would never come back to this place again. First experiment should be good
The contents of the delivery was wrong, and the driver was very rude when they returned with the remainder of the order, even when tipped twice and thanked graciously.The second delivery was incorrect as well.

I absolutely love this restaurant! I frequently order delivery, and the food is consistently hot and delicious. The delivery drivers are also very friendly!
Absolutely amazing Pizza, and the fact that you can get a slice for only 3 dollars is an absolute steal! The pizza is very cheesy and delicious!
