Nice place for a meal. Staff friendly and up for banter I was part of a funeral party and it would have been nice to open up for us when we arrived. Granted they don't open until 12 however it was a sunny day and no shade was available for people in wheelchairs.
I recently enjoyed a delicious Sunday lunch at this restaurant. The home-cooked Sunday roast was fantastic and the service was great. I will definitely be returning in the future. R&D
Great food. Fair prices was a bit noisy with regulars but don't let that put you off. There wasn't any swearing or anything, just a few happy workmen.
The landlady and bar staff were very welcoming, and the Sunday lunch selection was excellent with a variety of options to choose from.
