I just had the greatest taco experience of my life!!! The food is fantastic and speaks for itself, but the customer experience was just phenomenal!!! The young man at the counter Derek was what made my trip amazing! He gave me samples to see what i liked, and made sure I had no dietary restrictions before we got started. Described the food, taste, and textures as im sampling. I left with a better start to my morning and just an overall feeling of satisfaction! I just left this place, and oh my goodness! I don’t think I’ll ever eat at another taco spot again aside from this one! The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely incredible! I was a bit skeptical at first since it was my first time, but the staff made me feel right at home by offering me samples of everything. After that, I was completely hooked! I knew exactly what I wanted, which definitely helped with my decision-making. I highly recommend Kingwood Taco Shop if you're looking for the best tacos on the planet. You'll thank me later! **Parking:** There were no problems at all with parking.
Hubby and I tried this restaurant for the first time today. Being Mexican, my palate is pretty picky. We ordered the breakfast tacos, some coffee and got our water. My husband loves hot sauce and they said they had an habanero sauce, but it wasn’t very spicy; fortunately it did have a great flavor. The flour tortillas were too large for me and they could have been cooked a bit longer, but for someone not so picky for homemade tortillas this place is acceptable. If we happen to be in the area again we may stop in.
We absolutely adore Kingwood Taco Shop; it always exceeds our expectations. The carne guisada and picadillo beef fajitas are so delicious that we never bother trying anything else. I’m sure there are other tasty options we’re missing out on, but we just can’t resist our favorites. Give it a try! They even allow you to sample before deciding on which tacos to order. Heard a lot about this place, decided to try it out. Ordered 2 bacon and egg, 2 chorizo, and 2 barbacoa. They were real skimpy with their scoop spoons, filling up the tacos. The kicker was at the register, where I had a total of $25! Ludicrous price for 6 modest size breakfast tacos. The barbacoa is really good though. Not too greasy and good flavor.
I came here based on the reviews. It did not impress me.Beef fajitas remind me of stew meat, beans had zero flavor. Employees were taking inventory in the dinning room from the over flow storage.That 's funny because I told the chef preparing the tacos that I had never been there before, Newbie He did not offer a taste plate for free...lol
This place was recommended to me and it didnt disappoint at all. I tried the spicy chicken and red pork tacos. Each taco was full of flavor and the flour tortillas are delicious with a great texture. The salsa was really good also and didnt overpower the taco but gave it more flavor. I will return to try more things.Food: 5/5

As for kid-friendliness, I was really appreciative that they didn't say anything about my son, who has autism. He had such a great time that he was reluctant to leave!
