Their meals are delicious, and the staff is courteous, accommodating and knowledgeable about their menu. If you?re in this part of town I would highly recommend that you stop by and have a meal here. It was my first time eating Kirby's last Friday, I made an 8:30 PM reservation for my birthday just my boyfriend and I. We are both food connoisseurs, we were on an adventure to find a new place to have great quality Steak. We arrived at 8:00 PM, the staff was able to seat us early and it was very busy. I knew I wanted a Filet Mignon, my boyfriend ordered the Steak and Cake with a side of Au gratin Potatoes. He also had their soup of the day (I believe it was a lobster and cheese? If I could give a zero, I would. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Our waiter, Mark, was unremarkable and simply awful. We made a reservation weeks in advance to celebrate my husband's birthday. We arrived on time with our two daughters, ages 6 and 8, excited for a special meal. We were seated promptly, but from there, everything went downhill. It took 5 to 10 minutes for anyone to check on us after we were seated, and there were significant delays with everything, from check-in to placing our order. Our time in Kirby was wonderful and unforgettable! We had a wonderful experience that celebrated our anniversary. The Martinis, food and kitchen was delicious and exquisite! Our waitress Adrienne was attentive, friendly and provided her with what hospitality means. We were thrilled when Teddy and Astrid visited our table, you can say that there is a one team approach as everyone helped each other. The whole experience was personalized, everyone knew we were there to celebrate our special occasion. We'll be back soon. From the second we walked in on Friday night we had the most amazing service!!! Mani was our waiter and was amazing!!! The waitress in the bar area amazing!! Manager amazing!!! We were celebrating a new job and they were so gracious made our experience memorable! Wine selection great, food was perfect!!!! Thank you Kirby?s for such a fun ? Experience!! ????
The food was excellent! The salsa was nice and warm, which I really appreciated. The service was also outstanding. Since I went during lunch, there was no long wait or line. The prices are typical for a steakhouse. This was my second visit, and I thoroughly enjoyed it!
