We took a walk across the Sydney Harbor Bridge to North Sydney. As soon as you reach the northern side you can see a number of interesting restaurants lining the street. As it was lunchtime we looked at several, but somehow this place just seemed...more welcoming. This, as it turned out, was true: the server/manager was really very nice. We took one of the outdoor tables and settled in with a nice beer. We ordered the roasted vegetable salad and a Margherita pizza. The pizza was rustic - fresh dough, tossed in a rough circle, topped with what was clearly a homemade Roma tomato sauce, sprinkled with fresh herbs and buffalo mozzarella. It was perfect! We found this restaurant by chance after crossing the bridge. There is a very large choice of dishes: pasta, pizzas, risottos, salads, meats, ... A salmon pizza for me, the dough is very thin, it's nice! A perfectly cooked t-bone for my friend. We even allowed ourselves a delicious homemade tiramisu for dessert. The service is very fast ! And our waitress was very gracious and responsive. We had blankets and outdoor heating in case of cold. Only downside, not suitable for groups, the restaurant is too small! Go alone, as a couple or in a small group :) Thank you!
this place came as a saviour after a whole day on our foot exploring Sydney.I spotted it from the end of the Harbour Bridge.we had a pizza and some drinks. The pizza was surprisingly good not too heavy and plenty of toppings.the cocktail I had was really nice too.only thing it is a tiny place.but all in all I enjoyed my meal and stay
The slow cooked meat dishes here are absolutely mouth watering. We have had home delivery several times from here and it never disappoints. The beef cheek, osso bucco, shanks are our favourites, absolutely delicious. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
It's my go-to for takeaway whenever in North Sydney, I'd say its the best pizza i've ever had while it's also affordable too. And never a long wait even on a friday night.
What an unexpected delight. Great service and the lightest and tastiest gnocchi in town. I can't wait to return to this unassuming treasure.
Generous-sized, authentic Italian pizza with a couple of standard kid-friendly options. Gluten free options were also tasty.
