ONE OF THE BEST!!. One of the best sushi restaurants I've ever been to EVER! Great quality of fish and the rolls are perfect size. Theres an exceptional variety of rolls which actually may be its only downfall, however you see it. But a great way to try different rolls each time you go. The teppanyakki side is just as great and the chefs are all fun and entertaining. If you are ever in the San fernando valley or Santa clarita valley then you must visit Kisho. Favorite rolls: Tako Special, Spicy Scallop tempura, Spicy Boy, Chefs Albacore, NY NY.
The food at Kisho is delicious, the Teppan chef is entertaining, the waitress is wonderful, our order is always correct, and the atmosphere is lovely. It is a great place to celebrate birthdays and bring out of town guests. Our six year old even said it was her favorite restaurant. While it is a little pricey for a casual night out, we still go regularly for special occasions. I highly recommend Kisho!
We’ve been to several of these types of restaurants! This was by far the best! The service was great, we had a party of eight and everyone loved their food! It was a Monday so not too crowded so can’t really speak to how it is on weekends! The bar was beautiful! I had filet mignon which was fabulous, others had calamari and shrimp and raved about it!
I have been coming here for 15 years now, and it has the best sushi in LA County. My favorites: spicy albacore sushi, the spicy tuna rice crispy, the red and white dragon rolls, the spicy cajun roll 'pork chop ' , and the rock and roll hand roll on soy. I have never eaten on the Teppan side, but I might some day.

One of the best sushi bars in SCV! I have eaten there for over 9 1/2 years 2 to 4 tImes a week. Always fresh never once had a bad meal. Teppan is also good. They have a new lounge open late night wknds very cool. Sushi 'til 1:30 am can 't beat that.
