This is a great placeeat. The staff were very polite and helpful. The actual restaurant yourself was clean and tidy and very welcoming. The only downside of the restaurant is the fact that currently following Covid they do not have an alcohol license or a bring your own facility. That said it doesn’t really matter because the food is fantastic. What I will say is that if you have a disability that is a step into the premises and then to step up to the toilet and it is not from my opinion wide enough for Wheelchair. There is a wide selection as I said earlier of food which is very very authentic. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant to anybody that did in fact fancy a curry
We are regulars and love the food, but when we ordered for new Year's Eve, we were told it would be 2 hours. Fine. Three hours later, I phoned to enquire about our order and I was told that the order hadn't even been processed!! No explanation, no apology. In fact, we got attitude from the woman on the phone! When I explained that we were valued customers, I was told that all customers are valued. Well, obviously not, if that's how they treat their customers. We love the food, but that is not the way to treat regulars. Happy New Year.
I always enjoy the food at Kismet. The restaurant is set up for safe food collection during the pandemic. The main dishes were outstanding, especially the Chicken Tikka Masala and the CT Balti, which were rich with aromatic spices and flavor. However, the tandoori mixed kebab was disappointing and lacked the authentic Indian tandoori flavor. The chicken chat and bhuna prawn puri were also delicious, with traditional flavors. I can't wait to dine in the restaurant again, as the staff are always friendly and welcoming.
Used this restaurant a lot for takeaways during lockdown,every meal delicious,and delivered on time.As soon as they opened booked a table ,it was very good ,excellent in fact ,in an area where there is a few Indian restaurants to choose from ,this place stands out,for great food ,nothing bland all the taste and spice just right.Small but perfectly formed ,they have all the safety precautions in place. The staff are friendly and helpful,well worth a visit you won’t be disappointed.

I have always had great experiences with this restaurant, but today was a disappointment. My meal took nearly 2 hours to arrive, and when it did, it was cold and lacked flavor. I usually don't like writing negative reviews, but Kismet, you need to improve. We used to love your food, but after tonight, we will be ordering from somewhere else. Wishing you all the best, but we will be looking elsewhere for takeout in the future.
We have been enjoying Kismet for a while now because the food is excellent and very good value. We had an issue with the timing of a delivery on New Year's Eve and I was impressed the following day how the manager handled it and they were very responsive and fair in addressing the issue. The issue was never about the food, which is always wonderful. I would highly recommend trying it!
We had booked for a large family meal tonight to celebrate my partners 60 th birthday. So instead we had to settle for a delivery. It was fabulous. Great taste and portion size, and they threw in a bottle of merlot very much appreciated. We can’t wait for lockdown to be over so that we can be there in person. This is the first time we tried this take away but heard amazing reviews and they did not disappoint. Food delivered piping hot and on time. Everything was packaged to the highest standard and the food itself was perfect. Highly recommend we will def be using this take away again

We booked a table with some friends to sample the special Thursday night menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food and service were both very good and the restaurant is nicely decorated, with a pleasant atmosphere. For £11:95 per head, you can’t go wrong! We’ll definitely be back.
