I'm giving this ice cream shop three stars. It's not terrible, but it really lacks anything remarkable. I tried the vanilla ice cream with Cookie Crisp and Kit Kat, but it tasted just like a Wendy's Frosty, and there wasn't enough of the mix-ins to really notice their flavors. I drove for 10 minutes just to get my son some ice cream, and he had to wait in line for 20 minutes in the cold. When it was finally his turn to order, the employee rudely rejected him and slammed the window shut, even though there were still 30 minutes left before closing time. The service and attitude were terrible, and this is no way to treat a customer, especially an 11-year-old boy. It's hard to understand why anyone would want to buy ice cream from a place that dismisses the very customers—children—who are eager to make a purchase. The staff here seemed completely out of it. My order was overlooked multiple times. When I finally asked if they had forgotten about me, the cashier casually replied, “I gotcha.” Yet, they continued to skip my simple order for a single ice cream while serving milkshakes and specialty ice creams to customers who ordered after me. After asking several more times about my order, I kept getting told, “It’s coming.” Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place until they can hire a competent staff.
As a big fan of KITH and streetwear culture, this visit to NYC was a real treat for me. Although the wait was long, it was absolutely worth it! The ice cream was incredibly delicious, and I couldn’t resist picking up some merchandise as well. I can't emphasize enough how creamy and perfectly textured the ice cream was—simply fantastic! I’d rate this experience a 5 out of 5 and can’t wait to come back to NYC soon!

Ridiculous pricing and rude service and limited choices. If that's your idea of a fun ice cream, then this is your place. I would never go! You're serving ice cream..., where's the sense of entitlement coming from???
The staff was quite lazy. They stopped serving customers 15 minutes before closing time. The woman with short green hair attributed this to the manager. I won't be returning here again.
Rude service!!!!! It was 5:20PM and they close at 6:00PM. They refuse to serve me one ice cream but was a serving a group of people infront of me!! Rude rude rude !!!!
Terrible experience. Even though I was the only one in line, I had to wait 30 minutes. Definitely not worth the frustration.
